Today I bring you an Elite Mossy style base. This was already released once before, but it was in horrible shape and the person who posted it got banned. So the post can no longer be found.
Buttons: L2 & R2 to cycle left and right, DPAD UP to Open, R1 & L1 to scroll, Square to exit current menu

So I fixed it up alittle bit, although its no where near being done.
It still needs: Player Verification, better overflow fixing so the text doesnt dissapear, and submenus.
I will be updating and working on it more because I really want to bring this menu base back to life and bring back the good old days.

I don't get peoples saying it's look smooth.
The coding is horrible and the base is ugly.
What the point to release something unfinished ?

Stop do shits for some Reputations and do something real. ( if you can )

lol so people can get up and make something out of it. btw sapphire wasnt finished either..

It's was finished and operationel.
Everything work fine.
The only thing it's there's no "verifications", but it's for make people learn about how to add it.

I figured out how to add submenus to this, in case you need help adding them...
