If you are on Custom Firmware, then you have to get an injector. There are a few around here, like one that you run from your computer and one that you can run directly from the ps3. Just search around on the BO2 Modding Tools section for an injector and read up on how to work with them. If you are on Official Firmware, then you are out of luck and should just give up.
