I have noticed that and its easy to fix.
Open up the files in GSC Studios and search for the call function that the mod is associated with.
Search for unlimited ammo and you will see one function that has this at the start ( ) its more spaced out those brackets are so delete this whole function because essentially there is another Unlimited ammo function already in there too and thats why the option was not working because its conflicting with each other.
This should work now as iv already tested it last night.
