Removed a few things that I found to be an issue and finished a few player options.

Shit ton of credits. About 99% of the "cool" functions were edited or usually straight up ripped from other people. So screw it. Everyone gets credits.

This a very nice menu. I suggest that you stealth it, add some more player and all player mods, and animate the scroll-bar when you click on options, and change the controls from pressing A to choose a mod to X. The rumble does work. The Debug Menu isn't even supposed to be a real submenu. Its just there for when I have things to test later. I think the whole crosshair thing was due to a function that I removed. Most of the player options were left unfinished intentionally because I just didn't add them in yet. Should be a bit more now. The news bar is a problem for another day, and I didn't make this to be stealthy. It's just something to mod for fun with. I really appreciate your suggestions.
