You will always mess up if it's your first menu or edit. I sure did. You will get better as you gain experience. Don't pay others to do it for you. So what if it takes 2 weeks? You will have learned things to make the next menu or edit you make much easier and better. If it's your first time, practice editing menu bases to start off, that's what I did. It just takes time, you won't wake up all of a sudden and be a master of GSC.
