For Example : "Press Square for No Clip" "Press Square to Open"

The only way to FIX is to not use Cheat Protection
Do not Enble "Cheat Protection" in the RTM Tool
Do not use EBOOT with Cheat Protection. You can make custom eboot with EBOOT Builder by Natsu with your desired options

Ok im still confused. Im on ps3 have a gsc menu and want the buttons to be fixed instead of squares i have a custom eboot aswell how do i make a new eboot to fix the squares?

i used iTnDM eboot builder to fix this issue.

i believe it might be caused by using the disable protected characters feature.
