VintageRice's Cod 5 Tabbed Menu Base.

I just thought of releasing this menu base since I don't mod much anymore and I think its a good base.

Hello NextGenUpdate I am just releasing a menu base I ported a while ago but didn't think anything of it and I think it would be really cool if someone made a awesome menu with this base since the design is very unique and sexy looking.
