you have to have a DEX ps3, also it even says in there error lol "Unable to load PS3TMAPI.dll you need to put that .dll in the same folder as the application

can someone help me with a tutorial on this? im on dex 4.30 but idk how to use this program to make it connect to ps3 it would be really nice if someone helped me thanks!
