no where does it say on this thread you must be online to use this tool, yes it is aimed at online gaming but doesnt mean you HAVE to use it online.. also as for bans some people (me myself) arent particularly bothered with bans, modding any game can result in a ban some choose to accept it and continue in there ways and then others choose to cry about being ban....
