Bro I just went to ps3ita now my ps3 says 4.25 and I don't have install pkg file anymore. Is there something I did wrong?

You must Cable is not connected in PS3
I think it's only you upgrade
You should if you want that work downgrade not be the Network Settings Enabled & And there is no play in Disc
You should have that follow explain Any topic and if you do not have experience in this

I forgot to take my disc out when I was updateing to ps3ita
