I have REBUG 4.46.1 REX EDITION and i switched to dex mode and connected my pc to my PS3 Via ethernet cable and i clicked Connect PS3 and it said "FAILED TO CONNECT!" and when i clicked attach process also notin worked. Help please?

anyone help me out please im on DEX bla bla bla online everything working fine rebug 4.21 EBOOT on target successful hit connect connecting ps3 then go on attach and i get
unhandled exception has occured in your aplication. If you click continue the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue this doesnt work sometimes it says the tool at the top other times it says Mincrosoft .NET Framework im quite bad at hacking any help skype is s_parkey
