How to use the tool:

1) Select with the button which console you have (TMAPI "DEX" CCAPI "CEX") later click connect
2) CCAPI Users -> Enter The IP, later go on the game and attach the process

The tool looks really nice, and i connect perfectly using ccapi, but it doesnt attach.
