Also, with these mods you double click the button to turn them off.

You need microsoft framework 4.5 installed, maybe thats the reason?

I have no idea man. Worked on my friends computer and some others posted it works.

Feel free to have anyone from Gaming squad decompile and check the tool.
And I use confuser to obfuscate, check Tustin's tool they have the same thing.
