There is no need to update to 4.53 as it is an optional update. No CFW 4.53 has been release due to the fact that is an optional update.

Tools don't need to be update when there's a new update e.g. 4.53. It only needs to be updated when there's a new update for the certain game the tool is used for in this case black ops 2 if there was a update then the tool will need updating.
