Respire v1 is all clients and good for everybody.
I have took a long time making this menu, this is fully functioning and will be updated. So here ya' go:

I am new to the modding scene as so far I have seen nothing but downloads with no tutorials or instructions. I have tried over 4-5 programs for modding BOPs2 and I can not even connect. I am typing my IP correctly 100%. I have a CEX unmodded PS3 slim. Are there steps I need to take before using this or the other programs? Any help would be much appreciated.

Used a debug .self and was still account banned off the server, said I violated security and i cnt ever play black ops 2 from my account again.

Yeah I have norton also and I use this, Norton tends to kill programs that aren't made by actual compannies, you have to temporarily disable the firewall and antivirus or you will not be able to use any rte tools.
