I can not even connect the tool to my PS3 let alone attach it. I am new to the modding scene so are there certain steps I need to do before using the tool? Can you make a tut vid on how to use this?

make sure you have debug eboot for mp or debug .self for zombies, add my skype i will help you get started

i haven't debug eboot i'm on cex.
