Hell guys, today was 1.16 released and decided to release this Tool.

i figured out a way to not get banned on bo2 1.16 what you do is you use the sharks 1.16 rtm tool connect it turn on the non host mods really fast and then close/exit the tool i have a dex ps3 4.21 rebug if i connect it the dex way 10 20 0r 30 secs later banned if i connect it using the cex method where i enter my ip i can turn on all my no host mods such as unlimited uav no recoil and target finder through walls really fast and close/exit the tool you got like 20 secs to turn them on and exit it if any longer you might be fucked ive already lost like 18 accounts lol if you dont belive me add ME ON PSN KILL_ME_OR_DIE_P

This is one of the only tools I use that works and doesn't get me banned. For those reading this post:
1 ) Switch to Ps3Ita 4.50 CFW
2 ) Change Mac Address
3 ) Get a PRIVATE Console ID and change your current PSID by editing the last digit or so
4 ) Spoof those by pressing "X" in psnpatch and it will also disable SYS calls
5 ) Open PSNINJA v4 for 4.XX
6 ) Wipe History - Replace History - Make History Read Only (In that Order, if you want to do it again later, first make history writeable again then do it again)
7 ) Make sure you're signed out and have started Black Ops 2
8 ) Go to the multiplayer menu and sign in, then connect this tool with CCAPI (Cex)
9 ) ONLY MODIFY PRESTIGE AND RANK OR YOU WILL GET BANNED! NO UNLOCK ALL! NO MODS WHATSOEVER! I have not been banned in a few days, will update with more information gathered
