Its not that he won't fix it, its because there is no fix it because of the banning system it makes it harder every time they update. Its not that easy making these tools espeacially when they keep finding ways to keep us from hacking there games, So be great full these tools are being released to everyone for free or better yet make your own tool then maybe you will have a better understanding. Use Mango Knife's public cheater. The unlock all will probably freeze your ps3 but even if it does when you get back on everything will be unlocked and stay.
