I defeated!
How to fix:
1. Download this: You must login or register to view this content.
2. Just replace the 2 .dll files in the folder with the rtm tool your trying to use
If you dont have the new ccapi v2.50, here is the pkg: You must login or register to view this content.
Please Tell me if this works or not for you
If for some reason you are using net cheat, here is a fix for that: You must login or register to view this content.

doesnt work for me - the tool doesnt open now
EDIT - the tool is NetCheat

so question for you - I switched out PS3's not to long ago and it seems I forgot a file somewhere... I'm on 4.50 PS3ITA and using TMAPI itll connect but wont attach, what am I missing??? I connect it through a debug prodg
EDIT - I also reformatted my laptop - what am I missing its driving me nuts!
