Hello NGU,
today I'm releasing this mod menu for all clients witch is pretty fun for a simple menu. i've tried making this menu the most stable as it can be for all clients [CEX|DEX]. I had fun making this menu on my own, hope you guys can enjoy.

If you are going to use the menu online with friends or in a private lobby i suggest you use this You must login or register to view this content. i provided. I have been using this for the last couple of days without running PSNinja or any other type of tutorials out there. Also to include i don't mod CCAPI.
To kids that want to crack or decompile this menu i personally don't care, don't waist your time trying to get me mad.
Decompiling this menu will not get you anything new but neat coding.

No one has permission to take my thread and pasting it on some other website, its my decision to upload it or not.

How to load Bind menu: Correctly
Until this point that i know of there is no bugs in the menu.
Controls:
The menu will automatically load in Main Mods Menu.
- R3: opens the menu.
- R2: scrolls the sub menu right ways.//host
- L2: scrolls the sub menu left ways.//host
- R1: scrolls the scroll bar downwards.//all
- L1: scrolls the scroll bar upwards.//all
- X : selects the option witch the scroll bar is placed on.
- []: destroys all huds and closes the menu.
How to load Bind menu: Correctly
- Extracting the program.
The download provided will come in a .rar file.
You must extract the rar file into any destination you will like.
Making sure all files are transferred correctly will avoid giving errors.
- Loading the program.
Once you have extracted all files needed to run Refuzed II go ahead and click on
the Application with the logo K9 like the logo above and you should be ready to go.

L1 - R1 = Up Down
This menu has 100% no problems so there must be a problem on your side. Are you running CCAPI?

No the other menu lagged like crazy, my button aren't broken -.-, it just doesn't work in private match, tested it in a public lobby and could scroll. Except, once I pressed start menu everyone saw it come up, then when I gave a friend access, I'd open the menu and the players menu was gone and activating mods put it on everyone else except me.
