Hey NGU ,
Change log:
v1.4
* Added New Non host Mods
* Added 255 Tokens
Today ill realese my Bo2 modding tool ,
it has clients list , name changer , clantag changer , unlock all , lvl 55 etc.
i will be updating the tool !
**NOTE**
the tools CCAPI API is running on 2.00 , but i added CCAPI 2.50 and CCAPI 2.00 Files so just replace them if your on 2.50 or 2.00 .

maybe because your not the host ? try turning on forcehost , i personally tried the clients list and it works perfectly
