I remade the whole tool for Version 2, ill have a look at it later and see if i can fix the problem.

Yes but its simple i use CCAPI 2.5 and when i Start the tool and try to connect its the Same but then you have to Click DEX TMAPI and connect and then try again with CCAPI and you can connect Winky Winky Hope i could help ^^
