It requires a jailbroken PlayStation 3™ system in order to function. The first version of this application was released early of 2014 on NextGenUpdate and has been updated various times in the past to add more features and fix bugs. You can check below for a changelog of versions. As of right now this application is the most popular application in a real time modding sense for Black Ops 2. If this is installed correctly you should have no issues playing online. Word of advice for Zombies, if you try joining a friend whilst playing Zombies and see a black screen, turn your console off immediately. This is because the game is kicking you to multilayer where your ban bypass is useless. I have no idea why this happens and it is nothing to do with this application.</span>

FAQ
Q) Why won't the application open?
A) It is either because the PS3Lib.dll is not in the directory of the application or you do not have .NET 4.5 or above installed on your computer.
Q) Why do the Zombie ranks not work?
A) This is an error in my coding, I suggest you use a different tool for the time being.
Q) Why did I get banned even when ban bypass was enabled?
A) As stated in the warning above, this is an error in my coding and I suggest you use the provided link to install an EBOOT.
Q) Why does this application freeze my game?
A) This is either because you have messed with your account statistics too much (too high) so you need to reset them. If you experience game freezing whilst connected via TMAPI. Please post your Console Output window in the comments below and I will see what I can do. I should note there are a couple bugs in this application that could cause freezing.
Q) Will you ever update this application to fix items or add new suggested features?
A) I am not ruling this out as a possibility however I am not dedicating myself to the project either, I feel it needs an update but I have no due release for this.

In the thread there is a link to the EBOOTS with clean ones. and V2 is in progress. Update Checker w/ download was being implemented today for when v2.x.x.x is released

Whenever I try to rank myself to shotguns in zombies it doesn't work. It just gives me 5 tallies with my bones also when I go in a online match and try to use the RTM tool with a zombie eboot it doesn't work? Please let me know a solution to these two problems because I would like to know if I am the only one experiencing it and if there's a fix.

This issue is persistent with everyone. Ranks dont stick, he said he'd be fixing it in V2. There is also a bug in MP where Unlimited Ammo doesnt stick passed getting killed (apply it at the beginning of match, it works until you die; then you need to re-apply it)
Also Geo, "all perks" in zombies would be sweet. You have any ETA on V2? This is by far my Fav/Best tool out right now, deff excited to see new stuff!

I haven't got an ETA on V2, the only time I will is when I have completed it. Because if I say wake up 1 morning and say to myself 'I want to add that feature' then I will spend my time doing it properly until it works. For example yesterday I was working on an auto updater using an xml file so when the tool loads it either goes no action needed or promps for an update where it opens your browser and downloads the new .rar for you as I know a lot of people on older editions.
I was experiancing some issues with it so will spend more time on it :p almost there though

Thank you for this! I followed a guide on another thread which stated the following:
1) WHILE SIGNED OUT OF PSN, go to the Multiplayer menu
2) Connect, attach and ENABLE ANTI-BAN (while signed out)
3) Log back onto PSN
4) Play online
I only used the tool to unlock everything. I did not mod the actual online gameplay, but I can attest to the anti-ban working as I played for around 4 hours with a friend without any issues. I should have followed a similar technique with Ghosts and Advanced Warfare, both of which banned me within half an hour of gameplay.
