Get a Fucking E3 Flasher thenn you can downgrade your PS3, and dont ask dumb questions on NGU either!!!

Get a USB and put a folder called UAV then go to MW2 and get an infection then go to MW3 then get an infection then go to BO2 and there should be a UAV hack for you. If it doesnt work go to xbox and get a cod 4 infection then connect both consoles with an ethernet cable then it should work

Sorry but there is no way of getting constant uav on BO2 Without jailbreak. But if you want to downgrade to 3.55 buy a E3 Flasher, Just search E3 Flasher on your internet browser and you should be able to find a website where you can buy them and how to install them. If not you may be able to just find a 3.55 PS3 just on ebay but it is fairly rare
