Black Ops 2 - Modding Tools by XxBlud-23xX

Introduction:
I decided to make my single tool thread into a multi-tool thread. Mainly because of all the tools i made so far are for Black Ops 2.
I spend a lot of time on each tool, so if you don't have anything nice to say then don't download any of my tools.
All the tools i make are made with a theme called DevExpress, message me on Skype if you want to know more about it.
All my tools are free, and do not contain any Viruses, RAT's, CID Stealers, or any other malicious software.

The error is something like this when I boot up. Windows has detected a imminent failure, back up all data on the HDD and run the scan in system diagnostics. When I run the scan it freezes on 4%

NGU - Thanks to everyone who downloads, decompiles or even looks at my tool. When I look on mediafire it says that this tool has over 15000 downloads, that's awesome. Please enjoy this tool, i do put a lot of effort into making it. You guys are the best !
Updates
12/7/15 - My hard drive is basically screwed, so I can't continue working on it until I get a new one. I have the source code for the tool in my External HDD so it's safe.
Can this toll make crazy stats like 1e+08 or stuff like that im looking for one like that crazy high stats

Yes, put as much numbers in the numericUpDown and then hit enter. I can't remember what I put as the max value but it's more than bo2 can handle
once you did that hit set, and play a game to make the stats stick.
