i think it looks pretty good. There could of been a few things you may of worked on a bit more, just simple things like making all your stuff more central in the tab would of made more and more people come to the tool and thought it looked nice.

make sure you have the PS3Lib.dll in the same folder as the tool and that you have CCAPI installed on your computer and PS3 both of which are the same rev and version ...for example: 2.60 rev 3 installed on your PC and PS3
