The account isn't banned. Anyone else having the same issue? If not, what eboot are you using?

Basically what you do is go to bo2 without signing and start up a LAN party match and when the game loads sign in and you won't freeze.

Just want to follow up that the issue has fixed itself for me. Activation must have fixed their server.

Try to convert the BO2 to a ISO file. maybe that helps.. Use Multiman for this

For me it only works when i go in Local start a lobby then connect to online (while being offline). you have to do it everytime you start the game or change mode

fix: load BO2 multiplayer wait 30sec-1min to sign in then press "play online"

For zombies, you have to start game offline, then go to local mode, then back out of lobby, then sign in from in-game. For multiplayer, you may have to play a splitscreen match offline, then quit and sign in from in-game. This affects jbs and ofws.
