Tested by myself. Fully working. Must spoof to 4.30 or 4.31

If you cant go in Multiplayer, delete all gamedata black ops 2 and install this pkg :

Well its seems to be happening to me also on it. You basically have to sign offline to choose another game type thats what I do and it works but it wont let me play multiplayer I been trying for 2 days now and still won't let me on because it says Call of Duty Black Ops 2 servers are down or not available
