Hello ladies and gentlemen. Today I want to bring you a quick and fast tutorial on how to be a douchebag. If you want to steal care packages you need to have one thing unlocked. The Blackhat PDA is required to do this glitch/trick.
Tutorial: 1. Wait for teammate to call in care package
2. When it lands use your blackhat to capture it (Hold L2). LOL
Quick tip: A lot of people have been experiencing the bouncing care package glitch. If it goes out of the map due to this glitch just use your blackhat to get it back.

Saw this on a defendthehouse video on YT. The myth was you could use the Black Hat to get a CP that went out of bounds where you couldn't get to it. Confirmed myth.
Never thought to use it to steal CP's from teammates though. The Black Hat is quick as shit. It's way faster than the CP's original owner capturing it, but not by much. You have to start capturing it before he does, or you might not get it.
Xbox players it's the LT button for us.
