Little One
My connection just doesn't want to start a new fresh lobby! I've had this issue from bo-bo2. No matter how many players I have in my party I will either join a pre-game lobby with people already in it or just a game that has already started. In bo my friends hated it when I host because we would always join a game that has started already. I want to be able to lock a lobby! I've did ur tut so many times and all I get is "waiting for host...". You think it could possible be my internet? I have att and my connections appears as moderate on call of duty. My connection isn't laggy at all it just my one issue is IT NEVER STARTS A FRESH LOBBY!

Check your connection settings. While in BO2 multiplayer main menu, go to Options & press Select.
Look how much bandwidth you have. I did different tries, and It seems you can't create a lobby if you have less than 300kbps (which is very low)..

Do you guys need a follow up video to explain your issues or are you guys ok and found the problem?

That'll be nice for those who had troubles to lock a lobby. You can be more precise in the PS3 configurations:
- bandwidth
- NAT type
- Which PS3 does the host

Something like that
