I'm on 360 and this definitely worked before the new patch that was released this morning. it didn't work like how it was explained in the video by pulling the "right trigger" or whatever. You just basically tapped the tactical button twice on things that could be hacked and not destroyed. If you destroyed the enemies lethal or tactical equipment, you would lose that one black hat pda like normal. But now it's patched. It was cool for a couple of hours, though.
