It was mine, only difference is that mine was posted in the correct place.

A lag switch basically gives you lag. You control it.

Search google for nettools and then install it.

Then open UDP Flooder and change the ip to 27.27.27.27 and spam data in the box below. Turn the rate to 10 and hit start instant lag

Or on ps3 press start and /\ if that still works lol.
