Not really sure why you are doubting me but here it goes
I'm sure this is going over your head because the fact that you're questioning me is a pretty good indicator that you don't get this:
RTE means real time edit. You can only change values that are available in the game. Every camo in the game has a specific value assigned to it (ie 1 means no camo 2 means woodland etc) you just find where that value is using RTE and you edit the value your system is reading. Basically make your system read a different value. The system would not understand it if the camo was not in the game. The fact that these changes occur in THE SAME LOBBY without him switching guns means he is using RTE to access them.
If by "secret" you mean you can unlock them, you cannot. These camos are in the files but IW never let them in the game so you will not be able to select them in the menu. It is similar to the Marine camo in MW3. It is there, we just have to change values in the game to get it as there is no legitimate way of getting them. When you find the value of the camo on your gun, let's say 00 for no camo, and 15 for one of the secret camos. You change the 00 value to 15 and the game begins to read the different camo file on the disk which forces the camo change.
Oh and please tell me how to access custom camos and stuff on BO2 with a console (especially an Xbox) as I'm certain the custom camos haven't gone past COD4 (yes you can get custom camos, but the only public way of doing so is for COD4 ONLY).
(the values I gave for the camos are not correct. I was using random numbers as examples)
Need anything else proven? Aliens perhaps? Bigfoot?
