I just saw this french tutorial on how to do the prestige duplication glitch on 1.06. (At 2:11 he shows the patch)
Note- I've just tested it and it does worked
I will write the tutorial in English for you guys to try.
1- On the first multiplayer menu, sign in to your second controller as a guest
2- Hover over store & with the second controller press X 2times rapidly as soon done hit O on the first controller
( Same as before, so it's. XX 2nd pad O 1st pad )
OR (This way works better to get your rank to load with your account, if your internet is too fast)
Go in the Custom Game menu then press O with your first controller. The option to leave the lobby will show, hover over Yes but don't
press it. With the second controller press X & with first controller press O half a second after you press X (with 2nd pad).
3- It will bring you back to the menu saying your profile was logged out, when that message appears press X rapidly to sign back in. Now choose the
account to do the glitch with.
From here it's were it gets different as before
4-Now that your on the account you want to dupe from. You stay in the party and sign out of the account but as soon has you press X to log out press the power button of your PS3
5- Turn your Ps3 back on and start black ops 2
6- Hit play online and you will get that message asking you to restore your stats. Press X to confirm and you will now have your new prestige & stats.
Then go play a game online to make it stick. (This needs to be done for it to stick to the server, it won't if you don't play a game)
I know that most people already knows most of these steps but for new member or inexperience glitchers they're useful

well hare is tut 4 getting 3 local players instead of 2...
do the usual prestige glitch when y get in party and is having diffrent name sign in ur second controller as guest then press on store then confirm with first controller. then press circle with main controller and press yes 2 sign out of sub account. then with main controller just hit X and then circle
then that window with names will show up again - u can either fiddle with this and explore and find more glitches with that or just press circle/cancel 2 all the XMB menu with names list shows up - should say 2 match players now just use second controller 2 sign in as guest. now u have ur main account with 2 PSN sub accounts logged in
- u can get 3 psn acc logged in but wont allow u 2 join any games 
- fiddle with it if u want try changing from controller 2 to 3 and 4 2 try and add more.
- u cannot have more then 3 local player in party otherwise u cannot join games but still fun 2 do

well it fails 4 me it preload's my level 30 0 prestige account B4 it even signs in my master on top. means when it syaing connecting t BO2 server that little box shows up b4 i even sign into master acc means old account get reloaded not the master account loaded on top.

ok guys those who are having issues with this glitch i have found a solution - download and use LOIC set it 2 TCP
now depending on how fast ur internet is go around 1-12 threads i set mine on 12 with 0 time out max speed and i put in random latters and numbers were it say TCP/UDP message - do not use UDP or UDP unicorn u wont be able 2 sign in then - just fiddle with LOIC and ur good 2 go...
this only helps u if u have a 2 fast internet connection or u could just load like what 10 pages of u tube videos playing at the same time - max quality!
and where it say IP - put in ur PS3 Ip address if u do not know where that is just press PS button and go all the way 2 netwrok settings and in there go 2 settings and connection status list. where it say IP address put those numbers in LOIC next 2 IP

i love this glitch works like a charm all u need is LOIC with TCP + port 80 and other configurations....
