can you get banned for doing this?

Any in game exploit can always get you banned. It doesnt always mean you will get a ban. Its a risk you have to be willing to take. I always run these types of exploits through dummy accts. first so my main acct. doesnt get banned. (Never glitch main acct. if your worried it will get banned or dont want to lose progress)((and never glitch accts. that have recieved previous bans if you dont want to get perma. Ban)) be careful. Lmk how you make out. I havent been reset on my dummy acct. i prestige glitched and have used this along with other glitches which DO NOT include any XP GLITCHES as these will almost always get you banned because well... XP CAN BE SEEN when its used in excess of "normal" "achievable" XP amounts. Other glitches like wall breaches. Camos. Things that dont effect others but CAN BE SEEN by others to be reported. How do you sign out of guest on ps3?

Once you get to the point where you have to sign out of the guest account without acknowledging the error.......you can't. When you try to sign out of the guest account through the xmb, it also signs out the main account.

Somebody may find an alternate way......hopefully
