Quick format harddrive or even better restore since you probably don't know what files are supposed to exist or not.
Delete all pkg files and any files they create
Download and update game with Mulltiman
Delete Multiman and GAMES folder and any folder it creates
Delete debug game folder
Make your own debug EBOOT.bin from your own update folder not one you downloaded lazy.
FTP it to your ps3 and replace existing.


in rebug 4.21.2 running dex chage to these settings
System mode REBUG
XMB Operation mode Debug
Debug Menu type DEX
And change PSID to EID5 84 CEX

In REBUG toolbox change PSID to EID5 84 CEX
Run game and install game textures and set to load multilayer first.
Back out
Use PSID patcher to spoof console ID
Run PS3NINJA and delete game history
Delete saved game data for black ops 2 and any other you have.
Login to PSN
Run game
Load all the way in to were you can find match.
Back out to main menu
Load Prodg target manager and Prodg debugger
Attach process and select run with out symbols
Go to target manager go to kernel manager and select continue 1-2 times till music in game continues.
Run Memory editor tool.
Connect to default ps3 and attach process

Every time you restart ps3
Change psid in Rebug toolbox to CEX
Run psid patcher
Run ps3 ninja LAST after loading any cfw pkg
Delete saved game data for black ops 2 EVERYTIME
Log in to PSN
RUN PRODG TOOLS and Memory editor.

Make sure you have PRODG TOOLS 4.20

No saved data no games no other pkg files at all.

All you should have is your black ops folder with game installed and modified eboot
Rebug toolbox
PS ninja
PSID PATCHER
No need to delete them but you can if you want
And ones you use psid patcher remove your USB stick

2-If you use PSID patch for change id you overwrite the spoof you make before with Rebug toolbox
