Just make sure the edge of the trample steam is poking out of the side and slide on to it.
There you go also works for minion rounds and you are able to pick up power ups.

can you get out of this spot?

heres a possible method if u really need to get out of their.. risky but doable :

Get Who's Who, and cook a grenade, ( probably have to let your Original self die out , so may want to have decent cash b4 doin so )
and if u dont have 4 perks allready u can grab another Who's who to do it again later if needed...
