How To Get In Custom Game XP Lobbies:
Step 1: Have you or your friend sit in a Multiplayer Party (Where to choose from Online, league, etc.)
Step 2: The other player who is not going to sit in the Multiplayer Party, goes to the main menu and hover over Lan Party: Create Game
Note: The player going to the main menu will end up being host after it all
Step 3: Press Triangle while hovering over Create Game, join your friend.
Step 4: Once the "Joining Session..." Pop up disapears for like a second, press X and O merely simultaneously.
Step 5: You are aiming to be in your own Multiplayer Party, but with the score of 0 next to your name. If the score 0 is next to your name but your prestige emblem is not, you have to redo these steps over until both the score of 0 and your prestige emblem are showing.
Step 6: Invite your friend at this point so the game can start, once the game starts when you couldn't edit the game settings; end the game then back out so the host migrates to your friend.
Step 7: Now you are going to want to go all the way to zombies, in a pre-game lobby.
Step 8: Once doing this, go back to Multiplayer and go into custom games; change the map to the map you will be playing, and the game mode. While being in the custom game, join your friend again and have him migrate host to you then tell him to rejoin.

Not sure.. Whenever I am host; it seems to have no randoms joins but when my friend grabs host their's always one random that joins
