Here are the dvars if you want to use them in your own program:
ON:
party_connectToOthers - set to 00
partyMigrate_disabled set to 01
OFF:
party_connectToOthers - set to 01
partyMigrate_disabled set to 00

Also, here's an EBOOT if you would rather have it automatically. Note that this will eventually get flagged and instant ban anyone who uses it so be warned.

The file size maybe a bit smaller then the usual 13.6 MB Because it's compressed therefore saving you space by a few MB. - But it still works.
