Step1: go to game data utility
Step2: go to black ops 2 and delete it
Step3: go back onto black ops and do the update wait until the first update installs and when is on second update just hit cancel the second it pops up
Step4: it should bring you to XMB menu and now go back to game data utility and go to black ops to and it should be on 1.09

1.09 server is closed only 1.11 onwards is open temporarily.

That means to do the prestige glitch u just need to sign out/in i remember i tryed to get on that server they closed it long time ago. If it is suddenly available thats great.
