I'm going to give you 1.15 update for all regions and Debug MP Self , I'll not post a EBOOT because I'm not on rebug so I don't use EBOOT , I only use debug Self
if someone know how to do debug self , please quote me or PM me
If I misse some region please post and I'll update my thread
1.15 Updates:

Debug MP Self works on:
-Unknown 4.41.1 DEX
-PS3ita 4.21 v2 DEX
I can confirm this works because I tested by myself on Unknown 4.41.1 DEX and one of my friends tested it on PS3ita 4.21 v2 DEX
I don't know if it work on PS3ita 4.41 rev4 DEX because I don't have any friend on this Firmware and I don't want to upgrade my ps3 for this one
If someone have this Firmware and test it please let me know so I can add this firmware on my thread

im on psita 4.21 v2 and all time i start the game its freazing with u self can u hellp pls or any one ?//////////

upgrade your ps3 to ps3ita 4.41 rev4 then go back to ps3ita 4.21 v2

this is for zombies and mp , don't change your original eboot , just replace self and use ps3ita manager 1.30 , then you are able to play zombies and mp without freeze
