You are using FIRMWARE PS3ITA
You must use the ps3ita manager v1.20 instead of psidpatche

But Anyway Here Is what I did:
1.Delete the Bops2 Update
2.Reinstall everything but keep the normal .self in the update
3.Loadup Bops2 and navigate to MP>Options>Set as default and set MP as default
4.Exit the game and put on the debug .self
5. Load up the game and it should boot directly into MP

psid patcher freezes when you try to play zombies, how to fix this is change you console id with ps3ita manager

install pkg run it it, the app will ask you do you wish to make save folder pick no if you have multiman installed,
config it choose screen ratio etc.

when done press start go down to ''network tools'', then pick first option ''set new console id'' only enter the first 32 part of cid press start to close the screen, then triangle to quit the app, then go to ''saved data utility'' and delete black ops 2 then start the game.
