Blackops 2 No More Bans & Duplication Glitch 1.16+

This is mainly for people who like to do recoveries but kept getting banned every week or so.
Been doing this for like 4 months no bans or reset.

Been doing this for like 4 months no bans or reset.
Step 1:
Install the Blackops 2 1.11 Package file I provided below for your region and edit the PARAM.SFO file to the following:
Edit your PARAM.SFO like mine Version: 01.00 App Ver: 99.99 and Target version 01.16. Doing this will stop the game asking you to download the latest patch.
Step 2:
Run Blackops 2 if you successfully did it correctly the game will not ask you to update and you should be online on the 1.11 patch. Connecting online should be perfectly fine since the servers are open. Now find a 1.11 tool for CEX or DEX and edit your account to what ever you want.
Step 3:
Once you have finished editing your account too make it stick you go in a private match and get a death then end game and sign out and in. Now you simply go on your official firmware on the most up to date Blackops 2 patch and everything will be perfect no bans or resets.
Note:
When you have finished your account as soon as you play on the newest patch that's it if you go back to the old patch where you modded your stats they will reset and you'll have to start from the beginning again.
Duplication method 1.16 (Noob friendly)
Working for official firmware & jailbreak device users.
Step 1: Similar to the tutorial ahead you just install any patch from 1.09 to 1.12 I believe. (Recommend 1.11)
Step 2: Find a tool for the patch version you installed.
Step 3: Edit your the PARAM.SFO for what ever patch you installed. (Follow the tutorial ahead to edit PARAM.SFO)
Step 4: Run the game and you should successfully connect to the server. Now make an account for the patch your on then go on another blank account and do the old school duplication where you lag your connection with Net tools.
Step 5: You are finish its that easy. - Tutorial for jailbroken users.
Official firmware users:
Step 1: You will need to install 4.55 kiosk firmware.
Step 2: You will need a PS3 with 1.09 to 1.12 patch install I believe. (I can provide a few accounts for you to share)
Step 3: Run the game and what ever patch your on you need another account that was modified on the same exact patch for the duplication to work and not reset.
Step 4: Do the old school duplication with net tools 5, once you done go onto your console with the latest patch and your done. Duplication after 1.16 no bans or resets. - Tutorial for official firmware users.
Note
I can provide accounts for 1.11 I'm sure when there's more tools there will be accounts for all patches. Also if your on the latest patch and want to get back onto 1.09 follow this:
Simply go on your official firmware 4.55 PS3 install 1.16 patch when the progress bar for the update goes to 2/2 you cancel the update. This will put your patch too 1.09 and if you can get an account that was modified on 1.09 you can duplicate successfully.
All these servers are online to perform the duplication or anything you wish to do. (1.09/1.10/1.11/1.12)

Nice post bro just one question are you using a debug eboot as well? Because I found if I don't use a debug eboot I still keep getting asked to update to 1.16 but if I use a 1.11 debug eboot as well I don't get asked to update? But with the debug eboot I found there is still a small chance of getting account banned.

CEX CCAPI I install 1.11 patch and rename PARAM.SFO to 99.99.
For your problem make sure you using 1.11 patch, 1.11 debug eboot and renamed param.sfo to 99.99

No worries bro do you have another link for the BLESS1717 1.11 pkg? For some reason when I try to use the 1.11 pkg I have and change the param.sfo to 99.99 and Target Version to 1.16 I still get asked to update? It's weird because like I said it won't ask me to update to 1.16 if I use the 1.11 debug eboot with the modified 1.11 pkg but it will ask me to update with out the 1.11 debug eboot? I know CCAPI would definitely the safest option with out having to use a debug eboot.Thanks in advance
