Hey, Since no one has actually released the bytes for Unlock All (THAT WORK) for Black Ops 2, I thought I would make a little .bin file to help you do this. (the bytes are inside the bin, just open it in HxD)

How to use this:

In Debugger, goto 0x26FEDF0 right click on the first byte click "Load Memory" then select the .bin file, and it'll unlock all the weapons + calling cards for you.
