Instructions
Place the EBOOT in /dev_hdd0/game/BLXXXXXXX/USRDIR
Go to black ops 2 offline, then wait till you get to multiplayer
then press the PS button and sign in
then wait 30 sec or when the lag stops
then play online

Make sure you connect your PS3 to the PC before you go to the BO2 login screen then sign using the PS button, wait until you see the ps store pop up then you should be able to press play online with out freezing. I used to have the same problem using DEX but this seems to work for me I hope it helps

This is what I do,
1. Turn on PS3
2. Connect Enstones Ccapi
3. Connect with Target manager
4. Go on PS ita and set CID
5. Go on PSNINJA
6. Press 1st 3 on PSNINJA
7. Go on The Green Spoofer thing or whatever is called
8. Press X (Sends me back to XMB)
9. Click on BO2 Game disk
10. Wait 3 seconds then click on the debugger thing
11. Wait 10 seconds to stop the offline lag
12. Sign in with XMB
13. Wait like 5 seconds with the XMB menu thing still there
14. Then it freezes me...
I Also tried quickly exiting out of the XMB Menu thing then just wait but it still freezes me

Try connect to target manager before you go BO2 screen if using DEX then sign using PS button, wait for PS store to pop up then you should be able to play online.

Offline lag? no.... sign in before you go to bo2 and wait 20 sec till the lag stopped.

That's wired wat mods r u using I have everything but vsat in my debug reboot an it works great I also still using that debug self from when I was test with jewels I have no peeoblems or frezze
I use ps3ita restore eid
psn patch disable syscskks
and load up bo2 offline get to multiplayer an hit the ps button to sign in wait till the store pops up to hit play online
