Instructions

Place the EBOOT in /dev_hdd0/game/BLXXXXXXX/USRDIR
Go to black ops 2 offline, then wait till you get to multiplayer
then press the PS button and sign in
then wait 30 sec or when the lag stops
then play online

I'm on rogero 4.55 with 4.66 spoofer and placed the zombies eboot file into bles01717 file directory. It worked for two days but today i have benn perma banned. Was i missing anything?

You got into multiman or Irisman and got to /hdd0/game/(games region code[BLUS31011]<-my bo2 region)/usdir/ and in there is the eboot just replace with the one your wanting to put in. If caked up V2 is gsc then you can either use in injector or a sprx injector. I'd recommend an updated gsc injector as it's more simple for ppl that don't kno much about computing. If caked up V2 is on an eboot then you'll have to wait for an updated one for 1.19

Im using just an injector , Caked up is a mod menu not an iboot or something? Can you explain what an eboot is? And how to use it please ?

Read what you quoted, I explained how where to put your eboot, I'm not quit sure exactly what an eboot is but it's written in hex value and holds most of the gameplay info, health, controls, items etc. but for the gsc you'll need an updated gsc injector. I'm on my phone right now but when I get home I'll leave you the link to download it and leave you a link to a thread that can help you on how to use it
