Instructions

Place the EBOOT in /dev_hdd0/game/BLXXXXXXX/USRDIR
Go to black ops 2 offline, then wait till you get to multiplayer
then press the PS button and sign in
then wait 30 sec or when the lag stops
then play online

ChangeLog:

I get the CEX and DEX versions, but none of them were labeled clearly. Version numbers are important.
