Instructions

Place the EBOOT in /dev_hdd0/game/BLXXXXXXX/USRDIR
Go to black ops 2 offline, then wait till you get to multiplayer
then press the PS button and sign in
then wait 30 sec or when the lag stops
then play online

Dex self freezes when i click multiplayer and cex self infinitely "connects" to servers im blus31011 btw if that matters.

my game freezes when i go in a game dont know whats happening never had this problem before.
