Instructions

Place the EBOOT in /dev_hdd0/game/BLXXXXXXX/USRDIR
Go to black ops 2 offline, then wait till you get to multiplayer
then press the PS button and sign in
then wait 30 sec or when the lag stops
then play online

what did you use CEX or dex zombie eboot? dex eboot worked but not atach rtm tool then froze the ps3

dont sign in by clicking "PLAY ONLINE" but sign in from xmb or before loading the game, then wait in the main menu until it stop lagging.
if you already tried sign in this way and you still freeze then the account is banned
