Prestige 99999tats modded
Unlock all
Modded Classes
and other...

Tutorial here:

    First you'll have to connect your bo2 tool bisoon 1.19 MP depending on your connection type CCAPI OR TMAPI and attach to black ops 2

    After that you have to click on MP

    After you go in Stats

AT THIS MOMENT YOU GONNA HAVE TO CLICK LOAD AND LOAD THE BINARY FILES THAT IM GONNA PUT IN THE DOWNLOAD:

This tutorial is only for people that download BISOON and don't understand the load and save in stats
